      Mug is fine and the option to personalise it is great, but unfortunately the mug easily stains when used with tea when compared with other mugs.

      -I ordered this mug for my wife at Christmas from our little girl. It arrived in good time, and with excellent packaging. Looking at it before giving it to her at Christmas I was very pleased with the quality of the presentation, and as it reduced my wife to tears of joy on Christmas Day when our daughter gave it to her, I can safely say that it did the job !!
