Please note: The 'space by night function' can not be activated by a button. The automatic light sensor is only activated when the globe is switched on and the globe will only display the glowing star constellations when the sensor detects that the surrounding area is dark. There is a handy override switch which allows you to turn off the night-time view and thus conserve battery power.
