You can still place orders, and they’ll be shipped on the next working day: Monday, June 27th. April in Spain, where TriGife is headquartered, sees lots of big holidays this month. On April 14 and 15, the country celebrates Jueves Santo and Viernes Santo respectively, while April 18 is Lunes de Pascua (Easter Monday). There’s another important date on April 28: Santa Faz.

Due to technical reasons, our customer support will be on a break from 23:00 GMT of April 19 to 11:00 GMT of  April 21. All messages received during the period of their absence will be addressed during the following day’s working hours

On March 19, Herbies will not be shipping any orders due to St. Joseph's Day being a public holiday in Spain. Anything purchased on March 19 will ship the next day on March 20. However, the TriGife support team will continue to work on their normal schedule during our shipping service holiday.

Most of our products are shipped from our warehouse, but some are shipped directly from our trusted partners. These are usually bespoke personalised items.
