Shop And Celebrate: Update On The Holiday Hours
The most wonderful time of the year is already here and we would like to keep you up-to-date about some changes in our schedule.
First of all, on December 24-25, TriGife's order shipping service will be unavailable as the Spanish national post service will be on holiday during these two days. The good news is that all orders placed during the holidays will be dispatched on December 26! Besides, our client service team will be there for you 24/7 and you can place an order online or over the phone during the Xmas days.
Also, on December 27, the team behind TriGife will be taking a short 1-day break to celebrate this long and productive year of work. The whole family will be there including some of its most hardworking members – our client service and shipping teams. We hope you share our excitement about the holidays and won’t mind us not working for just 24 hours: from 11 am (GMT+1) on December 27 till 11 am (GMT+1) on December 28. All orders made on December 27 will be dispatched on December 28.
After Christmas, comes New Year’s Day and another small change to our schedule. On December 31 our client support team will be available to you until 4 pm (GMT +1) and they’re coming back at 6 am (GMT+1) on January 2. All orders made on New Year's Day will be dispatched on January 2.
On January 6 our order shipping service will be unavailable as the Spanish national post service will be on holiday due to Epiphany (Three King’s Day). All orders placed on that holiday will be dispatched on January 7. Yet our client service team will be available 24/7 so you can place an order online or over the phone.
