January 6th – Epiphany (Three Kings’ Day): On this day, our order shipping service will be momentarily unavailable, with normal operations resuming on Monday, January 9th. This brief pause allows our team to celebrate this special occasion and return to ensure swift order processing.
Support Team:
Our dedicated client support team at TriGife works tirelessly year-round to assist you. During the holiday season, we've made some adjustments to their schedules to allow them well-deserved moments of rest and celebration. Here are the modified support hours:
December 25th: Our support team will be available from 12:00 AM to 6:00 PM (CEST) to address your inquiries and provide assistance.
December 26th: Support services will be accessible from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM (CEST), ensuring that we're here to support you.
December 31: On the last day of the year, our support team will be available from 12:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CEST) to assist you before we bid farewell to the year that was.
January 1: As we welcome the new year, please note that our support team will be taking the day off (CEST) to recharge and prepare for another year of exceptional service.
